International: Canada 

Our arrangements ship to Canada via USPS or UPS. All options are listed at the checkout page.

In-store pick up in South San Francisco is always complimentary, please contact us at info@grandfleurs.com to schedule the pick-up.

Local hand delivery details for San Francisco and Daly City: 

$25

Hand delivery outside of Millbrae, South San Francisco, San Francisco, and Daly City is not available.

*Please do not water the flowers

*Keep the arrangement in a dry area

*Keep the arrangement out and away of sunlight and humidity

-Please note: As our roses are preserved with a special non-toxic glycerin solution - our roses are on the drier side (that is perfectly normal) humidity will cause the roses to be slightly supple* 

*Don't place any heavy items on top of the roses  (the fleur-box lids are meant to stay at the bottom or on the side of the box)

**For The Belle Collection and Cristaux Collection- Lid / dome can stay on or off**

*Don't remove the roses from the box, doing so or attempting to do so will damage them.

*Don't leave the roses on clothing or walls as color transfer may occur. Staining of roses (different rose color mixes) and boxes are normal as they are dyed.

After a couple months, light dusting with a duster will keep them looking fresh.

Return Policy

Because our arrangements are custom made, we do not accept returns. Please contact us at info@grandfleurs.com with any questions or concerns, and we will do everything possible to help reach a resolution. Customer service is always a priority for us, we want you and the recipient to be happy!

Shop worry-free! We pack and ship our roses in a unique and secure way that normally does not allow for damage.

Yes our flowers last at least a year!

Our flowers can last closer to 2 years+ IF it's kept entirely out and away from sunlight.

*Please do not water the roses
